Dual Garmins- Interference?

Dual Garmins- Interference? - 11/27/21 08:02 PM

I have a pontoon boat with a Garmin Striker 5CV. The frequencies are as follows:
Traditional: 77 or 200 kHz
ClearVü: 455 or 800 kHz

The frequencies for both are selectable but I assume both are on because I can view them in Split Screen (?).

I have an opportunity to pick up a NIB EchoMap UHD 73SV (friend bought last year and didn't install it), whose sonar frequencies are spec'ed at:
Traditional: 50, 77, 83, or 200 kHz
CHIRP Garmin ClearVü: 260, 455, or 800 kHz
CHIRP SideVü: 260, 455, or 800 kHz

Can I run the 2 units at the same time or will there be interference? Mounting the 2nd transducer next to the 1st one and following the same wire channel would be easiest but if necessary I could go to the other side of the boat (other pontoon).

Thanks...
