Lowrance 12ti

I just bought a new to me 2018 skeeter with a 12ti at console. It only gives me the option of structure scan(side imaging). Does it not have down imaging? My old boat had a bird with mega down and side imaging and it was great. Do I just need to buy a new transducer or is something not set right? Thanks.

When you go into Side Imaging, over on the right side you have a MENU set of options/buttons. Try selecting one of the MORE OPTIONS or ADVANCED to get to a menu that will allow you to change the view from Side to Down. Also I would like to update the software on the unit.
