Garmin Echomap Ultra 126sv

I was in mexico specifically amistad and me new Garmin Echomap Ultra 126sv would not work on chart in mexico..The place where we bought it said to do an update and gave us the link to download garmin express... after the update we still cant get the chart to work on the mexico side... any help would be appreciatedraymond.sizemore@gmail.com

Go on the Garmin forum on Bass Boat Central and ask the question. Or call Garmin support. You might have to wait for a call back but they will call.
