Boatlanes

Can’t find an email address or phone number on their website to call Boatlanes at so I’ll throw this out here. Tried to import the Boatlanes maps (TB, Fork, & SR) but each time I hit yes to “Are you sure you want to import?” my unit (HDS10 non) gets to 20% or so of the upload and then goes dark and restarts itself. Anyone else whose gotten them encounter this issue and if so how did you correct it? Thanks!
