Lowrance to Solix Transducer adapter

I have lost the part number(s) that allow you to go from a Lowrance shoot thru transducer to a Humminbird Solix/Onix unit. I don’t need a Y just going to connect it as the only ducer. So, what is/are the part numbers? Thanks!

Need two adapters.

One to convert the Motor Guide Lowrance blue plug to Humminbird 7-pin---8M4001962
The other to convert the Humminbird 7-pin to Humminbird 14-pin---AD 1429
