I lost a gimbal knob off my HB898 (7 year old unit) over the weekend. Found some on line for $38.95. Decided to call Humminbird service.
Spoke to a very nice lady. I did not have my serial number but she found them from when they refurbished the unit after Hurricane Harvey.
She ordered me one and is shipping it to me FREE OF CHARGE.
Excellent service indeed.
