I have an LSS1 installed and working.
Bought a used HDS 8 which came with LSS2.
Is it worth the effort to change everything over.

The 2 will give a tiny bit more SI distance, but if your 1 is working good still, it’s not worth the swap. Wait until the 1 bites the dust.

The 2 also compresses your side imaging and the down scan isn’t as good in my opinion, but that doesn’t mean you wouldn’t be totally happy with it...
