Consistency is key. 1 day missed does not break progress. Post your progress!

Do they play horrible music? I used to go to Planet Fitness. The music must have been programmed by a 12 year old.
But, there was nice Hispanic eye candy there. hubba hubba ..

Music not that bad. My first day was Sunday morning about 8:30am. @ 52 I was the youngest there. Went by yesterday after work 5:15pm. A WHOLE different crowd.hubba hubba..... Wife met me there, so I had to take mental snap shots.

I did 13 flights on the stair stepper, 10 minutes on some bicycle thingy. then worked with some weight machines. I'm totally new to this. All my exercise in the past was hard work.

Good luck, I am taking it that you work in Canton. Going to the gym before you get home and comfortable is a good plan.

I've gone from 234, to 214. I feel so much better. would like to be @ 200 even. Slow and steady wins the race. Beer seems to be my big obstacle. Miller Lite aint very lite when stack em up. LOL.
