My wife quit! Well, she replaced cigarettes with a jool. But I'm proud of her she decided to quit and that was THAT, she didn't touch 'em again. Now to wean her off the jool.
Well the jool is still nicotine, but she is sleeping better, house smells better, saving money. So far she seems really happy. Now when we try to drop the jool it may be a different story. I bring it up so that maybe other quitters can try it as stopgap to get past cravings.
Each day is a battle- Every day she is smoke free is a win-
Sadly, my spouse chose cigarettes and died of lung cancer at 55. Last April. Rest in Peace, Mary . . . . .

I was thinking about and Mary that week Dan, middle of April if I remember correctly- I admire the love and loyalty you two were able to bless the world with.
