Boat Trailer Axle

Can anyone recommend where I can get an axle replaced on my Ranger Trailer (1997) for my 19’ 9’’ Ranger Commanche. It’s a dual axle and two of the tires are not aligned and are wearing funny. I assume it’s the axle, but just because I’m not sure what else it might be. I’m in Austin, but I’d be willing to travel if there were a good recommendation, particularly in the Dallas area. Or, in the alternative, where I could find a better used dual axle trailer that would work well?
