Port Aransas Harbor Boat launch is it open?

Finally, the PortA island is slowly reopening. I'm going down in Early October, and was wondering if anybody knows or have launched off the Port Aransas Boat Launch by the ferry landing (on the island side).

Let me know if you've launched from there since Harvey.
