Status of Capts' Bait Shack - Aransas Pass

Does anyone know how Capts' made it through the storm. I've been trying to reach them by phone, but no answer.

I'd like to know the same, as well as how well Port A Outfitters on the main drag in Port A held up. That was my go-to spot for tackle on short notice, while for bait I usually did better at the various shack shops in Aransas Pass.

Port A Outfitters has damage but the building is standing. No word on when it will open, and nothing recent on their Facebook page. Conn Brown Harbor is closed to the public. Corpus is your best bet for bait. I know Billings Bait Stand had some bait recently. Good time to know how to throw a cast net right now. Mullet and pinfish are thick in the shallow bays right now, and those are the preferred baits right now anyway.

So the ramp at Conn Brown is closed?
