You can get to dead mans hole pretty easily now. They've added parking now which makes it very accessible. Just walk towards the power lines until you hit the drop. The hole is a few hundred yards directly behind the church with the blue roof.

fish dead mans hole at low tide!!! fish 100yds on right side of the power lines. This is what I would do

Some people park by the water tower on hiway 361 and walk to the backside of the Shamrock area. Is is not too long of a walk. There is a little parking area next to the water tower. You can also drive right down to the water by following the tire track trails from the hiway and across the open field to the bay, however I don't advise doing this if it has rained there recently. There is enough area to wade back there to last your whole trip and there are a lot of fish caught in that area at times.
