Eating Hake/Beardfish... Because Why Not?

I had to try it once... in case anyone is interested I did a video about eating Hake and I am working on one about Beardfish. I am curious if anyone else has done that? I've heard mixed things about both, anyone have any thoughts on eating these guys?
