Is it a tunnel?
Do you like to wade?
Are you throwing plastic or slinging bait?
Any other details, like you gotta keep non fishing people occupied or such things?

I tell you what, this channel on YouTube is a great resource for up-to-date info on what's going on in the Corpus Christi/Copano bay area. Worth checking a few days before you launch.

See if you can find Texas Lakes and Bays 2020 Atlas https://fishgame.com/product/2020-texas-lakes-and-bays-fishing-atlas-new-edition/
I use all of the above and talking to other boaters as ramps.
Good Luck

Not a tunnel. Fishing bait and artificial. Me and a couple of buddies that love to fish. I think we prefer jetty type fishing. I'm too lazy to wade and I don't want to run my boat in places I can get stuck.

I'd say put out of Rockport/Aransas Pass/Port Aransas, Much easier navigating, Port O Connor/Seadrift is pretty tricky getting around if you're not familiar.
