Jig heads. Push on or twist on?

Which jig heads do you use? I used the push on types for years but have changed to the twist types because they seemed to hold the soft plastics better. Recently I tried some different soft plastics and my normal twist on heads tore the tail after one fish. These baits (Sixth Sense Divine Swimbaits) did well catching trout but sure didn't hold up. Would a push on type head work better? The plastics tore at the head where it's twisted on.

I only use Oldham's screw locks, I truly believe they catch more fish for one reason.
With a push on head, especially with trout and flounder that have teeth, they'll clamp down on the plastic, and when you set the hook, the plastic just slides up the hook, balls up and you get your jig thrown back at you when they open their mouth.

I've had success with both. I've had equal results with Norton Screw Locks and Baad Marine knotty hooker which is a ringed collar. There are definitely some push ones that are worse in the fact that after a couple of fish they won't hold the bait on the collar correctly. I'm also very impressed with the 'Death Grip' jig head for when I want something smaller. Just get a sharp hook point no matter which one you use.
