Anyone have contact info for a guide in Costa Rica that either specializes in Rooster fish or at least fishes for them a bunch? Have a good friend headed down there August 28th and will be staying in Los Suenos area. All of my info is old because I stopped going down there in 2004 after it became so commercial.
