I have never been to Rockport. Are there easy access bank fishing spots?

Zillions of places, but they don't hold a zillion fish and the fish are NOT always at a zillion places at the same time.
When the fish are at a certain location, ... they are there for a reason.
Know the reason for the season and the tide phase to go with it ... then its "get the net !!!".
