Just a simple story - from long ago, and far away.

Moderator: If you want to remove this feel free to do so - I had intended to post this on the T. Hunting Forum . . . Don't know what I was thinking about (must not have been thinking at the time). I'm totally good with it either way.

You're both welcome. I'm kind of glad they didn't take it down too. As I said on the THF (I joined there too): Hog Story not everyone's cup of tea, that's for sure. Most (hunters) expect copious amounts of blood a kill shot and all that - didn't happen that way that day. That said, anytime you step in the middle of what looks like (and may have been) a few hundred of the things your first time out of the box - it's interesting what can happen. Just glad I didn't take along a BP pistol because I might have used it on myself. Anyway - an inexperienced kid long ago and far away. A big learning experience for me if no one else.
