I haven't seen one of James' videos yet where he didn't articulate his points about as good as any angler out there. This one could serve as a quick primer on spinnerbaits with all of the "when, where and how" elements wrapped up neatly.
Worth a watch, for sure.

I watch a lot for TV bass fishing,...spinner baits seems to be a lost art...
