The anglers I know who are on Pro Staff's have to be super anglers and need to know how the baits and products they sponsor work. They also use those products and demonstrate them as well. Reputable Companies who have Pro Staffers have very high standards that an angler has to meet. Companies also have schedules for their Pro Staffers to follow! Being a Pro Staffer can be demanding!

Reputable tackle and boat companies have very high standards for their Pro Staff! As Banker stated above, companies can also be very demanding on their Pro Staff's.

Stay focus on fishing and not about Pro Staff,You Tube,etc.
