I hate to brag but these HOA ponds in Mckinney are total producers. Quantity and quality. Caught my PB off of a swim jig (7.5 lbs) and have caught many a chunky heifers nearing that weight. It's nice out here...

I know of quite a few in McKinney that are in the Stonebridge area. I used to catch sandbass out of a bigger one called kings lake. I no longer fish around there as I am not a resident but I did do some work on a fountain in Adriatica and noticed kings lake has changed
