Hey guys i'm new here, thought I'd ask if anyone knows some good legal ponds to bass fish in around the Rockwall/Heath/Forney area. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Get to know Ray Hubbard. With a lake with so much bank access a pond is not as appealing. There are some big fish in that lake.

there was a great little pond to fish last year until all the idiots trashed the place and now they have put up no trespassing sighns...try harry myers...its a small pond but has good numbers of bass...caruth lake is a larger pond and has bass in it...+1 on fishing ray hubbard...its a great bank fishing lake most of the year...Welcome to the forum

Myers does have quantity and quality but is difficult due to a lot of fishing pressure and water clearity. Havnt been in a while, but kaufman lake has large bass

Myers sucks. Too many people fish there. If you go, use live sunfish or live minnows. Fish near the bridge in the summer, the fish like the shade.
