Pond on west side of 35W south of Tanger

There is a pond south of Buccee's by the the Mercedes Benz office building. It's posted no fishing but that doesn't stop people lol
I go by that pond twice a day and more times than not there are people fishing it. Anyone know what's in there?

I was thinking about trying it after business hours or maybe on the weekend.
