Max Starcke Dam in Marble Falls

Anyone fish here recently? Thinking about a road trip here and trying it out.

I think someone told me you couldn't fish behind the dam any more. But that is just hear say. They also said blue hole was closed to the public.

Oh man, that stinks. Grew up walking down the old railroad trestle to go fishing and hiking down there.

Checked with a friend who fishes there he said it was still open in July 2018
