Pond in woods- Cedar Hill,Lake Ridge area

Does anyone know this pond? Do you know if it is on private property or not? More pics coming. Have to upload one at a time it seems

use Google earth and look for a fence line. Dead give away if its got a fence.

There is no fence, and no signage. There used to be a trail that you could drive 3/4 of the way in. Now someone has blocked that trail with a large mound of dirt. I️ have been there twice. Caught a five pounder last time

Fence, sign, or not, what does Texas law say about entering the private property of another?

In another state where I grew up and own property, none are required. Private property is by law ...well, PRIVATE! This means no yahoo who thinks he'd like to make a visit can do so legally without the owner's consent. I am not burdened with placing signage, fences, or other access impediments on my property to make trespass prosecution possible.

Flippin, that’s why I’m trying to find out if it is private or not. I respect the property of other and their rights. It is in an area that could easily be public or private. There are ATV trails all over that piece of property. I have heard it is public, but want to be sure

keep me updated on this i am interested as well. would love to fish it if it is public

My sister lives out there. Pretty sure all of those are private.

I bet the dirt mound blockage is a cheap fence

332 acre tract owned by a mr Kirby according to tax records
