I had a good pair of rotating hackle pliers then my son took most of my fly stuff.
I recently purchased a pair of Dr Slick Rotating hackle pliers which have rubber on one jaw and smooth metal on the other side.
They do not seem to hold very well.
What is a good pair of rotating hackle pliers which holds well and does not have any sharp edges which could cut the hackle?
