The gray over white crack works. I had never done that color and two tone redfish crack is new to me so I didn’t know what reception the fish might give it.
I was on a center console boat and only got in a limited amount of casts as it wasn’t a fly fishing excursion, but casting the fly up against a shoreline patch of shell trending into deeper water netted 4 reds and a trout. The fly did better than a DSL paddle tail when they went head to head.
