Grandson's first crappie jig

Grandson's first crappie jig - 01/06/20 02:13 PM

Happy Paw Paw right here. Had grand kids for 8 days after Christmas. He saw some crappie jigs I had tied and he wanted to try one.
I am a novice tier for sure and only tie for my own fishing.
He chose the jig head and all the colors of chenille, flash and feathers.
He was very patient ans listened to what I was telling him.
I think he did pretty good for an 8 year old. [Linked Image]

Thanks everyone. When he got ready to go back home he ask me if he could take his jig with him.
Can't wait to get to do some fishing with him this summer when he is out of school.
