Weekend fishing with new ties - 10/07/19 01:46 AM
Went out yesterday (10-5-19) and took some jigs we tied last week for some "Fall" fishing. It was 93° water temp was 86°. It felt nothing like Fall.
We started catching as soon as we launched. The bite was hot! We caught perch, crappie, ditch pickles, channel cat , a rio,and a war mouth.
After a goodnights rest we fished back to the boat ramp. The fish werent as active as they were on Saturday.
Leo got snagged and pulled up a branch i had snagged before, and my jig was still on there.
Turned out to be a great weekend. All fish were released to swim another day.
