Haven’t been on here at all for some time but I wanted to wade back in and post a Shout Out to Ron over at www.nekidtackle.com for great service on a rush order of jig heads! Good clean heads, ready to paint and/or tie some feathers on. Thanks Ron!

Hey, Pepop, glad to see you back with us. Someone asked a few months ago if anyone had heard from you. So you're still tying those Lake Palestine jigs - great. Hang around awhile, we missed your banter, brother. fish

Thanks Ken! Yeah, I'm tying but on a limited basis. I'm thinking I might need to get a job so I'll have more free time! LOL!

Pepop - Question for you - what's your most deadly winter time hand tied jigs for catching crappie in north Texas lakes?

DFW, right now on Lake Palestine, my Joe Dirt is hot! see Jason Burton’s post. All seasons considered and also 6 or 7 lakes in North & East Texas, my Grape Limeade has been the absolute best!

Someone told me when I got into tying, I would not have time to go fishing,. He was right. Haven't had boat in water since May. Maybe 2019 will be different. Me, Hoping to retire end of year. smile
