Darkness vs Light...

A couple from my dark box that I tied last night. The top one I laid in a single chenielle thread across the top. The bottom one, I tried wrapping 2 chenilles at the same time.




I have not done much with rigid feathers, but thought I'd tie in the blue one for the top jig. The bottom jig is my "puffy" style with the permanent marker trick that I saw in a youtube video.

Yes these are all part of the learning process, lol! Just wait until you visit that link I gave you on your other thread. Look at the advanced fly tying and they get into some great weaving!
