KUDOS TO 13 FISHING!!

I recently broke a 13 Fishing Envy Black baitcaster rod. As I was casting, the base of the rod handle just came apart. I reached out to the company for mfg warranty replacement. They asked several questions, but in the end, I received a brand new rod without having a receipt. I believe the company knew it was mfg default once I sent in some of the blank, so they made it right and replaced the rod at no cost to me. I will be spending more of my money with 13 Fishing Rods. Thank you!

I have a few of their Muse rods and think their pretty underrated. Wouldn't mind trying an Envy but haven't found a shop that carries them so I can handle one before I drop 3 bills.

I acquired the rod through my last boat purchase in 2019. Not for sure about which stores that carry 13 Fishing, but website shows Cabela's and Dick's. You may start there. I love the rod and I'm sure glad that they stood behind their product....great company!
