Had some minor issues with my Ultrex last week, went by Borris and come to find out it was under warranty, and they jumped all over it and fixed it!
Went ahead and pulled the trigger on a new Livescope and they walked me thru a couple of issues on my self install as well.
On a separate note Don fell and broke his hip recently and will be going in for surgery in the near future, prayers up for him when you can!
