Hurricane Relief fishing

Well, I'm happy that I moved north a couple years ago. Harvey wiped out a bunch of family and friends stuff from Victoria to Rockport. I'm gathering saws, chains, trailers etc. to head south once I know I can get gasoline down there. I figured I better do a drift or two this morning because I'm not sure when I'll have the chance again for awhile. Winds got up quick so it was a quick trip! Saw this.
It looked fishy so I drifted a few gummies through them.
Picked up 3 and decided I need to get back on the trailer before the crosswind and floating dock going up and down a couple feet prevented me. Also jigged up 2 crappie before leaving. Sure had a great lunch! Now, back to packing for the upcoming relief efforts! thumb
