Gonna Try Lavon Friday Morning

I havn't been out in a while so.... Gonna give it a shot early Friday morning with my son. I'm thinking anchored up shallow before sun rise north of 380. What do yall think? Is that too shallow this time of year?

Bait was everywhere easy to get even at 8:00. I should have stayed there and fought off the small sandies. I out smarted myself and went further north. no luck had to get off the water at 10:00
