What is yalls favorite brand and size circle hook for big blue catfish?

I was bored and thought it would be a good topic of discussion plus I was wondering as well what is the best brand and size. For the big blues let's say from 10 to 40 lbs

8/0 gamagatsu circle hooks

Switched to team catfish double action 8/0 last winter after pulled hooks on several solid fish. I'm very impressed with there hooks even if they are a little more expensive.

What about team catfish double action 5/0

Sure they work well but I run 8/0 for cats year round.

Hook size is dependent on your bait size. If your using thread find or that size bait, 5/0 are fine. Step up the size as you step up bait size

8/0 Gama most of the year. 10/0 in winter. Team catfish are ok and so are owner's but I prefer gamagatsu

I switched from TC to 8/0 Charlie Browns and Catmaxx a little over a year ago and have been pleased.

5/0 has always been my go to hook. My baits are usually smaller since I'm mainly targeting channels and blues eater size fish.
For large baits and big cats 8/0 is what you want to use.....Team Catfish, you can't go wrong.
