Jugs-White Not Required

Until today, I have been very careful to use only white jugs, thinking TP&W required such. And it seems I'm not the only one that thought so. Others have told me white is required, and I watched a guy on the web today demonstrating how to make juglines. After he made them, he said he was told that Jugs had to be white in Texas, so he bought white tape to wrap them. It seems that any color other than orange is ok. Orange being reserved for commercial only. I checked the web and the TP&W Hunting and Fishing handout. They don't have to be white. Got a little egg on my face.
