yea, it ususaly refers to post count, but in the case of justcarp, is name is paul collins i believe, he usually signs his posts like that.

@DEERSTANGLER. LOL. If I am trying to sell a reel I post it in the catfish section and hope the Mods miss it. Then when it sells I replace the post with "I love TFF" has help me sell a few reels here and there.

It means that he was thinking I was trying to build up my post count.

It was just a Coincidence that the other guy on the carp section signs his post with PC because its his Initials.

I figured, calling someone out, proved wrong, doesn't appologize. He must come from the carp section.
