Went out this morning for a few hours with Danny (Dblaow) to a spot on the trinity. Missed a couple good runs but came up with a fiesty 23# blue and Danny caught a nice sized soft shell!

I was wondering where those holes in the ground came from... did you get the bait at california crossing?

Nice catches! Wait till you tag into an Alligator Snapping Turtle, you may not hold that one for the pic. lol...
If you don't mind me asking, what part of the Trinity you banking from? It looks like a spot near Dallas, but I'm not sure. Thx.
Right there where you were fishing along the bank there is a hole in the ground every 4 foot to hold the rods I guess alot of people fish there for big blues
