Bluecat Family on Mother’s Day

Took my wife and son pleasure boating for Mother’s Day. We floated around and listened to tunes for a few hours before lunch. At lunch time we headed for a protected cove to get out of the wind and cook some hot dogs. I threw the net and caught some gizzards and then spot locked next to some dead trees and flooded vegetation
. I threw out 4 rods while I cooked up some dogs and right as I was puttin on some mustard a line goes down hard and starts pulling drag. I told my wife to put down that dog, it’s time to party! She got the fish to the side of the boat and first mate Action Jaxon sprung into a Action with the net without hesitation. Victory! Mom and son put in some teamwork to land the fish and Captain Dad got to video it all. What a great way to put a memory stamp on Mother’s Day!

What grill is that and how do you like it? I've been looking at a few with mixed reviews. Most saying it gets super hot or not hard enough and hard to adjust. Trying to figure out which one to get.

The grill is a Magma and it works great. Wife bought it for me for Christmas in 2017. I researched which ones were the best boat grill and Magma was at the top of the list. I have some other products from magma like bait cutting station and gimbal mounts and their stuff is always well designed and top quality. We don’t use it a lot but now that my son is getting bigger and we’re on the water all day we’ll definitely use it a lot more! We’ll be cooking breakfast on that sucker next weekend when we kick off Flathead Quest 2021. Here is the link.
