Fork catfish this past weekend.

Ok this weekend I let the wind push me off my baited holes. So I did seek some more protected areas I. Creeks with less wind. I caught fish in 5- 20 foot deep water just fishing my stubbys cheese bait on the bottom. I usually caught a few at each location I was fishing. My pontoon was bouncing in my regular baited spots making it too difficult to detect the lethargic bites from channel cat. They just breath on your bait most often do when I feel them breath I cross their eyes. So when you ccx annot fish your preferred baited spots you just go fishing. There is no magic or formula so it is just old fashioned blind guy drowning some good cheese bait made by Stubby. If you put Stubbys near a catfish he will bite it.
