Are the blue cats still deep

Bank Cat fisherman - Wondering when do the BIG Blue cats start coming out to the shallow waters ?
Not been catching anything these days OR it’s just very slow.

Below are the lakes I mostly bank fished at..
1, Tawakoni East or West
2, Lake Grapevine
3, Lake lavon OR Ray Hubber
4, Lake Texoma
