...is watching your 4 yr old pop one on his birthday and break his new personal best to boot! Took my son Jaxon for a short drift this evening on Lewisville to see if we could get him something big for is birthday. Took him 20 minutes but he was able to finally crank him in! Man it was awesome!! So proud of my little fishin buddy!

Great memories, big fish, big smiles...it doesn’t get much better.

Thanks amigos! It’s been a ton of fun getting him going on this fishing thing and 2 tons of work Serj! Lol. We started bringing him when he was 1.5 yrs old. He started reeling in fish when he was around 2.5. I’d take him for as long as he was having fun so lots of trips were super short and some days he just wanted to catch bait so we would just do that. I didn’t push him to fish and cool thing about catfishing is he can play with his dog or the bait until I yell fish on and then he cranks em in while the rod stays in the holder. I only take him on days that I know I can catch fish easy so he can get some action. It’s alot of fun as long as I keep him away from the honey bun stash!
