Lake Belton help please

Could someone give me a starting point to try to catch catfish with my grandson on Lake Belton. We have been 3 times and we have got skunked each trip. Hes a great kid any help would be appreciated. Chrisjgott@gmail.com we have a boat. TIS

Belton is tough. A good guide for a trip or two might be money well spent.

What species of catfish are you looking for? That would help tremendously because each species is different on how you would approach them in tactics and location.
