Looks like someone tried to get the gate open. Left a rope hanging from it when they pulled it the wrong way. Pulled it past the stops. Now it wont adjust,
I have watched as many videos as possible.

They wont do a service call. In southlake unless like me they have several appointments for the same area and day.

Thanks for the responses guys.
I called around to several company, 5 or 6 different ones. Everyone Started at $300 just to diagnose.
I can buy a new one almost cheaper than there average quote to repair,,,, all estimated 1200 to 2600 plus the 300.
I just found my exact unit on line for 1057.
So i guess i will mess with the control panel some more at this point i cant get any worst.
