Derek, et al...what kind of grass is this in my ditch

i have bermuda and have sprayed 2-4-D on it with no success ... what will kill it besides glyphosate

My new favorite stuff is Tenacity.

Takes some time to work but dang...it's fatal to weedy grasses.

Can't tell what that weed is. A closer clear pic would probably help. But it looks like a grassy weed so 24D wouldn't do anything to it. Can really say what would work without IDing it. Target would probably work but it's too hot to apply it. Celsius WG that's been talked about in other threads is another that would probably work. It can be applied in this heat, as long as you apply it early in the morning when temps are below 85deg.

my nabor gave me suma this stuff he's sprayed on Bahiagrass and killed it so the price is right...i'll try it and see what happens...

If your neighbor still has some I'd see if he would give you enough to make 1/2 to a 1 gallon mix to test out on a small area before you buy it.

i've got a 2 gal sprayer ready to go this weekend...it's a bar-ditch with bermuda...label says ok for bermuda so i'll post a picture after the spray and showya
