I'm jacked for this season. Vine's will be 6 yr old. Hope to get first jam/jelly produced this harvest. Also diving into making wine, mix, match, blend the 4 varioties... Have a lot to learn, any tips appreciated.

Mix your different types of grapes and different levels of ripeness for a good wine. Grandparents had the little still in the cellar and they always mixed 3-4 different types of grapes.

Odd. Mustangs are supposed to be pretty easy to grow I thought. How old are they? What fertilizers are you using? How's the soil conditions around them?

They seem to be needy, mildew and blk dot will knock them back too, you really have to love those babies to get a harvest imo.i have a blk Spanish southern that can fill a good size trash can FULL.. Real good flavor.
Out of the 4 vines 2 have seeds, 2 do not. The seeded grapes faired better than the non seed last two yrs...
