Lake Fork Anglers MLF Format Results from 9.1.22 out of the SRA Park - 09/01/22 08:23 PM
Kind of a perfect day. Clouds, light winds and not too hot. The story on the water was all about the haves and have not as usual. A tough day for most with the lake at about 5' low.
We fish three rotating sections on Lake Fork every other Thursday daytime about 22 times a year...
We fished section 1 today. All bass 10" and up count. MLF format, where every fish you catch counts including slots.
Boaters
1st Tim Gold of Mineola with 8 bass for 12.55 LB with a lunker of 4.49 LB.
2nd Herb King with 3 bass for 7.82 LB. with a lunker of 5.28 LB.
3rd Bill Ailes of Sulphur Springs with 2 bass for 7.09 LB with the boater lunker of 5.60 LB.
4th Mike McWhorter of Lake Fork with 1 bass for 3.78 LB
5th Robert Gaylor with 3 bass for 3.33 LB. with a lunker of 1.45 LB
Co Anglers
1st Rick Wright of Rowlette with 3 bass for 1.52 LB with th boater lunker. of 8.09 LB>
2nd Tom Whitrock of Lake Fork with 3 bass for 4.60 LB with a 2.02 LB lunker.
3rd Scott Powell of Lake Fork with 1 fish for 3.78 LB
4th Jerry Gaither of Lake Fork with 2 bass for 2.43 LB with a 1.82 LB lunker.
5th Bob Lambert of Lake Fork with 2 bass for 2.05 LB with a 1.27 LB lunker.
32 bass were caught, and 5 anglers were skunked again. Looking at last week LFA results these really suck.
