Lake Fork Anglers 5 fish limit results from 5.13.21 out of the SRA Park - 05/13/21 11:13 PM
Started out coldish and warmed up nicely. The sun even showed up. Like always some really hit it big while others struggled. Lot's of boats on the water practising for the Legend Tournament this Fri-Sat-Sun.
All fish 10" and up are keepers. Only the best 5 count.
Boaters
First Place Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork went to with 5 bass for 18.21 LB with a 449 LB lunker..
Second Place went to Tim Gold of Mineola with 7 bass for 17.85 LB with a 5.49 LB Lunker.
Third Place went to Randy Bunch of Lake Fork with 4 bass for 14.38 LB. with the boater lunker of 6.28 LB.
Fourth Place went to Jack White of Farmers Branch 6 bass for 12.08 LB. with a 4.28 LB Lunker
Fifth Place went to Galen Smith of Alba with 5 bass for10.18 LB with a 3.62 LB lunker
Co-Anglers
First Place went to Gary Gilmore of Ennis with 7 bass for 14.76 with the co-angler lunker of 5.28 LB.
Second Place went to John Berech of Garland with 5 bass for 12.28 LB with a 3.46 LB lunker..
Third Place went to Alf Tuggle of Cypress Springs with 6 bass for 8.76 LB. with the lunker of 3.02 LB.
Fourth Place went to John Shinn of Van with 4 bass for 5.43 LB. with a 1.92 LB lunker.
Fifth Place went to New member Marvin Carr of ?? with 2 bass for 5.31LB with a 4.39 LB lunker.
We caught 75 keepers today with 3 anglers skunking.
The LFA fishes every Thursday except T-Day and Christmas on 2 different formats. A 5 fish limit we call LFA and a MLF style format where every fish counts we call Hard Core, 3 special tournaments and an end of year dinner. We are a club of 54+ seniors (Mostly) and are very liberal on members being for off vacations and medical issues. Even though we are practicing social distancing and wearing masks, we have about 20 sitting out from Covid exposure,
Right now we are looking for more BOATERS BOATERS FISH FOR FREE.
